Microsoft is buying yahoo in 44.6 billion dollars that can go further high if Yahoo happens to increase the bid. And amazingly, Microsoft itself doesn’t have that much finances with it, so is aiming to borrow about half of the money.

New Mobile Phone Has a Foldable Screen

Chris Hazelton, an analyst at industry research firm IDC, said the Readius is the only foldable-screen phone he knows of, but “if it can stand up to 18 months or more of use,” it might catch on as a browser-oriented device. Even though it’s only monochromatic, he said, it could be attractive as an information-retrieving device for the Web.
