Microsoft is buying yahoo in 44.6 billion dollars that can go further high if Yahoo happens to increase the bid. And amazingly, Microsoft itself doesn’t have that much finances with it, so is aiming to borrow about half of the money.

Microsoft is buying yahoo just only to compete with Google, is it a threat to Google, Let’s see!
